Class Schedule
Normal Classes are 50 minutes in
length
Little Dragon Classes are 25 minutes in length
We Have an "Open Training" policy. A student can come
in whenever they would like to train by themselves or with another student,
as long as it does not disturb the class in session. For private training
prior to 4:00 please call for a scheduled time.
Facilitated Training Sessions
Themed 30 Minute Sessions consisting of
one of the following:
Cardio, Strength and Flexibility, Forms, Freestyle, Tactics, Basics, and Fitness Fun
From 4:30 to 9:00
Belt Progression and Lesson Classes
30 Minute Classes that are specific to belt level
These Classes have a lower Teacher/Student Ratio to facilitate more effective education

Students must go to their recommended times; However if a student prosesses the self discipline of someone older they can extend their trainging times. Older students may attend younger times as long as they are not a detriment to the class. |
